Jammu, Nov 16: Dalhousie Hilltop School (DHS) announced specific programs launched especially for students from J&K, a state with which the school has a long history and am impressive list of prominent Alumni.
Addressing media persons, President of DHS Poonam Dhawan said school is offering Urdu language classes, special staff to cater to the religious and dietary needs, as well as special remedial and adjustment classes for those students who have been caught in the recent turmoil in the state. The school announced the launch of special winter classes in Jammu and is conducting admissions tests in it office in Gole Market, Jammu.
He also discussed the new and innovative style of teaching techniques focused on application of concepts being used for extremely effective learning.
He returned back to her roots after living in USA for over 30 years and has brought the school to a truly global level with international faculty members and Exchange programs with schools in America.
A CBSE based school, it has also implemented Cambridge English and received a prestigious International School Award 2016 for its efforts to "future-ready" the students at Hilltop school.
Dalhousie Hilltop has tie-ups with colleges in UK, Canada and USA to offer a seamless passage for students who prefer to go abroad for higher education. DHS also announced the launch of a brand new shooting range, and a new multi-gym to enhance its advanced sports program. |
