Early Times Report jammu, Nov 30: Condemning the Nagrota terror attack in which seven army personnel including two officials were martyred, Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP) today said unless the militants are assisted by hidden links having local support these militants without which such incidents could be impossible and thus demanded security forces to be extra vigilant in future. Addressing a press conference here today, State VHP President Leela Karan Sharma extended his heartfelt condolences to families of brave hearts who sacrifice their lives at Nagrota Army camp on Tuesday and also prayed for speedy recovery of injured at Chamliyal encounter. Expressing anguish over two militant attacks at Nagrota Army Camp & Chamliyal, Samba, he said, "the nation already has bled to maximum extent, despite danger signals/alerts such incidents have not been contained to the extent possible. "In fact it is the state policy of the Pakistan to bleed India by such cowardly attacks as it can't face regular war with India, he said, adding, "Hardly a day goes when such type of terror attack against security forces do not take place. Referring to the recent trends be it Pathankot or Uri or the Nagrota terror attack, he said that attacks on the security forces which are clear indications that some hidden links are always in such incidents. He added it looks impossible that one (terrorists) carries bags full of deadly ammunition, eatables & other assorted things to a distance of nearly 25 KM to reach Nagrota camp. "Unless they are assisted by local support these militants it could be impossible for militants to carry such attack, he said, seeking due action to trace those who had offered logistic support to such elements Sharma asked the security forces to maintain extra vigil in the highest order as such attacks do not take place in a day or two but are certainly planned in advance. Shakti Dutt Sharma State Secretary, Subhash Gupta and Rakesh Sharma State co-convener Bajrang Dal were also present in the press conference. |
