Restrictions imposed in Udhampur under Sec-144 CrPC 11/30/2016 11:00:32 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Nov 30: District Magistrate Udhampur, Niraj Kumar today imposed restrictions under section 144 CrPC from Domail to Venus Chowk in the wake of the frequent dharnas and other activities that cause inconvenience to the general public besides obstructing various emergency services. 'No group or assembly of persons comprising of more than four shall assemble, move or sit on dharna from Domail Petrol Pump to Venus Chowk' , reads the order.
