Youth beaten at Kishtwar 12/8/2016 10:15:59 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 8: A youth was beaten with sticks and two-wheeler clutch wires by seven youth on Hidyal road here today. Rahul Bhandari of Bhandari Mohallaa was going to meet his relatives at Tund when seven youth intercepted him on Hidyal road and gave him a sound beating with sticks and two-wheeler clutch wires, police sources said. All the youth belonged to Hidyal. Sources identified two of them as Mohit Singh Parihar and Sohit Singh Parihar. The victim, accompanied by his friends, later called on Hidyal police post incharge and narrated him the whole incident.
