Ram Madhav's visit concludes on expected lines; shields corrupt ministers | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 8: BJP's national general secretary, Ram Madhav winded up his two days high-profile visit at Jammu on Wednesday on the expected lines because it was expected from very beginning that his visit was aimed at only to protect one of his blue-eyed boys who has been facing serious charges of corruption and nepotism. Instead of taking serious note of the issues raised by party workers during meeting which was held at party headquarters at Trikuta Nagar on Tuesday morning, Ram Madhav believed on those ministers who are under scanner for the shabby deals. "These allegations and charges are totally false. I have already spoken with the people concerned and there is no truth in these allegations," Ram Madhav told media persons at Jammu on Wednesday after attending core committee meeting of the party. He was looking very desperate to give a message that BJP ministers in the coalition government, were very "neat and clean" and charges of corruption against them were totally wrong despite the fact that he had not taken any step on his part to look into such allegations. Credible sources said that during meetings with senior leaders and other office bearer, Ram Madhav tried his best to snub those who dared to speak truth in front of him. Sources said that Ram Madhav was not happy that some party leaders have spoken against party ministers duringTuesday morning meeting despite the fact that leaders had dared to speak truth in his presence. In Tuesday's meeting, BJP leaders blasted party ministers for their misdeeds and anti-people attitude. Most of the leaders made it clear to Madhav that the party would be wiped out in Jammu in case ministers failed to mend their ways. |
