Absconding alleged rape accused held 12/8/2016 10:25:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 8: Vijaypur police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for his alleged involvement in a rape case. Police sources said, "Following specific input about the movement of the accused, a police team led by Inspector Suraj Pathania, SHO Vijaypur raided a place and arrested an absconder before he could escape." "The accused has been identified namely as Subash Singh of Rahya, sources added. Police sources further said that Subash was wanted in a case under FIR 1/2016 u/s 376 of RPC and evading arrest from last one year.
