| Mahant Rohit Shastri meets Shri Shri Ravi Shankar | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 11:Shri Kailakh Jyotish Evam Vedic Sansthan Trust president Mahant Rohit Shastri met the founder of the Art of Living Shri Shri Ravi Shankar at Srinagar. On the occasion, Mahant said that J&K is the land of temples and this sacred land produced several renowned poets including Abhinav Gupt, Kalhana, Bilhana and many others. He said that these renowned personalities were exponents of Sanskrit in J&K but presently the Sanskrit Gurukuls are a rarity due to which Sanskrit students are in dilemma what will they do in their future. Mahant Rohit Shastri appealed to Shri Shri Ravi Shankar to help in establishing the Sanskrit Gurukuls in Jammu and Kashmir. |
