Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 20: Kashmir Cultural Trust (KCT) in collaboration with J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages is organising Samanbal- A two days literary and cultural meet in Jammu on 20th and 21st of March 2018 inside the K.L.Saigal Hall of the Academy. The programme highlights are a seminar, panel discussion, Book releases, Mushiara, Short story presentations , a musical programme and an interaction with children aged 10 years to 16 years along with parents to workout means to preserve Kashmiri Language and culture outside Kashmir in various diaspora. About fifty scholars, writers, intellectuals, artists, media personalities from across the country are expected to attend this program besides the officials and artists of J&K Academy. Aziz Hajini Secretary J&K Academy of Art culture and Languages shall inaugurate the programme and Justice Sunil Hali President State Consumer Commission shall be the chief guest. Prof R.L. Shant an eminent writer, scholar shall present the key note address. A roadmap for further action is proposed to be drafted.
