| YCET, IMS organize Business Tech Fest | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 20: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) and Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Gurha Brahmana (Patoli), jointly organized Business Tech Fest 'EKATRA-18' in the college campus.
Organization of Business Tech Fest is a regular feature of the institutions of Jamwal Group. A number of institutions from Jammu are taking part in the fest and there will be an array of events like Technical and Management events, Fun events, cultural events. There will also be an alumni meet and cultural fest. Prof. Rajnikant, Director, College Development Council, University of Jammu was the Chief Guest for the inaugural function.
The Fest was inaugurated with the lighting of traditional lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries. Er. Renu Bangroo, Managing Director, Jamwal Group welcomed Prof. Rajnikant and thanked him for gracing the occasion.
She also highlighted the achievements of various institutions being run by the Jamwal Group and further said that the Business Tech Fest is a vibrant platform where students showcase their skills and talent which are important for refreshment and rejuvenation of the students and faculty. The students also presented colorful thematic and stage performances.
Prof. Rajnikant while speaking on the occasion appreciated the efforts of the institutions for organizing such an event for the benefit of the students under the guidance of Er. Vidhi S. Singh, Chairman of Jamwal Group. Dubai based DJ "Shadow" performed in the fest. Chandigarh based singer Gurdev Singh also mesmerized the audience with his melodious voice.
