JAMMU, Mar 25: Children under treatment at Pediatric Cancer Ward (PCW) of SMGS Hospital Jammu as well as the children who have successfully completed their treatment visited River Tawi Front (RTF) Park as a part of International Childhood Cancer Day observing activities.
On this occasion, children wrote their wishes on kites and flew them.
They enjoyed the rides, toy train and battery cars being the biggest attraction for them.
This was followed by lunch. Dr Mushtaq, Director JKSACS, Dr Rekha Harish, Prof & Head Department of Pediatrics & Dr R K Sangra, Medical Superintendent SMGS Hospital Jammu were present on this occasion.
They distributed gifts among the children and appreciated the River Tawi Front Park management for throwing open the park and rides for these children free of cost.
This event was organized by Pediatric Cancer Ward of SMGS Hospital. |
