Implement 7th Pay panel report: EJAC (K) | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 28: employees Joint Action Committee EJAC ( K) has urged upon the State Government to implement 7th Pay Commission report in favour of State employees and pensioners and also remove pay anomalies in the Master grade. While briefing the media perons here today Employees Joint Action Committee-K (EJAC-K ) president Mushtaq Ahmad Khan appeal to the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Finance Minister Altaf Bhukhari to implement the 7th Pay Commission recommendations in the State before Ist.April as commitments made by CM and Finance Minister in the Legislature. They said that due to inflation, the working class has been badly hit and the Govt should keep provision in the budget for the same. They also demanded regularization of daily wagers and casual/ need based workers, release of their pending wages and enhance Medical allowance of the employees and pensioners and also give special concession to education employees particularly teachings community in Income Tax. The others who attened the the conference included Balvinder Singh-provincial president, Dharminder Singh-provincial general secretary, Ravi Singh Bhau, Amrik Singh Sasan, Ravinder Singh, Narinder Singh and others. |
