| SIC disposes off appeal | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 28: The State Information Commission (SIC) has disposed off the appeal filed by one Rashu Kanna after the PIO furnished a set of revised information with complete details with regard to the queries raised by the appellant in his RTI application.
"During hearing the PIO furnished a set of revised information with upto date details with regard to the queries raised by the appellant in his RTI application. The revised reply was handed over to the appellant during the hearing", reads the judgement adding that the PIO also stated that in case the appellant still wants some more information, he can have the inspection of records at any time.
Since the information sought by the appellant has been provided by the PIO, the appeal is disposed off. |
