| Technovation 2018 inaugurated | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 28: TECHNOVATION 2018 a Mega state wide technical festival was inaugurated at Govt. Polytechnic, Jammu and event was partnered with CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar.
The Two-day Technical festival which is organised 1st time in the history of Technical Education department by Government Polytechnic Jammu was inaugurated by Hilal Ahmed Parray Commissioner/Secretary to Govt., Technical Education & YSS Department along with Shabnam Shah Kamli Director Technical Education, J&K. While speaking on the occasion the Chief Guest Hilal Ahmed Parray congratulated the Principal of Govt. Polytechnic Jammu and his team for such an endeavour. He urged that we are living in a knowledge economy, where ideas generated by talented people and the inventions they make are the new currency. In his address he further motivated the students to take up innovative ideas and help the society groom for a better tomorrow. Shabnam Shah Kamli motivated the students to work in the field of Technical education and bring new ideas and innovations in the field of Technology for making the life of common man simple.
Director Technical Education also appraised the Principal and his dedicated team for their tireless effort and further making the idea an reality. She was overwhelmed by the response received from all the polytechnics of the Jammu Division and further urged the students to scale to higher echelons of excellence. |
