Jammu, Apr 16: A Vishal colourful Shobha Yatra on Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Jayanti was organised by Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Dham Mandir Committee Gurha Mundian and Brahmin Sabha Hiranagar.
Shobha Yatra which started from Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Mandir Gurha Mundian passed through Hiranagar Morh, Pheru Chak, Hiranagar main bazar, Pathwal, Dyala Chak and Mela Morh culminated at Parshuram Dham itself where Vishal bhandara was organised by Mandir Committee.
Hundreds of devotees from adjoining villages, Hiranagar, Kathua and Jammu joined Shobha Yatra whereas the people in the end route villages greeted Yatra people by chanting slogens "Bhagwan Parshuram ji Ki jai'. Colorful band called from Ludhiana and Dholls gave a different look to the procession whereas ladies sitting in buses and Trollies sung religious Bhajans and hold Kirtan. Beautiful jhankies of Bhagwan Parshuramji, Bhagwan Ram, Lakshman and Sita were the attraction of the people. Shobha Yatra was organised and led by Surinder Sharma and Rishikesh Sharma Pradhan Brahmin Sabha Hiranagar.
Prominent among others who were present in the Shobha Yatra were Hardat Sharma Chairman, Madan Lal Toofan President of Mandir Committee along with other Committee members, Satyanand Vice-President Brahmin Sabha Jammu, Rajani Kant Sharma President Brahmin Sabha Kathua, Ravi Khajuria President Samba, Rakesh Sharma Pradhan Pangotra Biradari, OP Sharma, Shanti Swaroop, Bal Krishan Girdhawar and Yog Raj. |
