Jammu, Apr 16: Notorious for extracting political and financial benefits of all human tragedies, Bharat Tairay Tukday Hungay gang of JNU has started the campaign to collect funds in the name of Kathua victim. This gang is already became active to politicize this issue to demonize whole Jammu region especially a particular community of this part of J&K but this gang has started campaign to collect funds in the name of the victim.
Noticeable state government has already appointed two senior post Public Prosecutors to fight legal battle in the court of law this Tukday gang has flooded social media with appeal to contribute funds to provide legal aid to the victim.
On April 12, state government had appointed two special public prosecutors, for the trial in the sensitive Kathua rape and murder case to ensure focused attention and speedy conduct in the matter.
The government had appointed Bhopinder Singh, Chief Prosecuting Officer, Crime Branch, Jammu and Harinder Singh, Chief Prosecuting Officer, Samba as Special Public Prosecutors to conduct the case titles State Verus Sanji Ram and others and another title (involving the juvenile) in the case pending disposal before principal sessions judge/ court of chief judicial magistrate, Kathua.
J&K Police DGP S P Vaid had written to the government in this regard by recommending two officers as SPPs to conduct the case.
"We wanted two officers to pursue the case from police department as others may take the case casually," another official said. |
