Jammu sizzles with 40'C | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 30 : There is no respite from the heat wave with the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir continuing to sizzle, recording season's maximum temperature 40 degree Celsius. It was hottest day of the season in Jammu with maximum 40 degree Celsius as earlier on April 26 season's maximum was 39.1 degree Celsius temperature and on Sunday it was 38.2 degrees. "It was hottest day of the season," said a weatherman, adding, "the maximum temperature was 40.0 Degree Celsius and the minimum was 21.0 degree Celsius". "There will be no respite from heat wave in the coming days as it is will fluctuate between 37 to 40 degrees," he added. The weather man said that the maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 39C and 21 C respectively on Tuesday. |
