| MVD organizes motor bike rally | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Apr 30: The Motor Vehicle Department Samba today organized 'Motor-Bike Rally' in connection with 29th Road Safety Week at Samba here today. The motor bike rally was flagged off by Tehsildar Samba Aman Kumar Anand Whereas DySP Tarffic Behari Lal and ARTO Samba Romesh Samotra was also present on this occasion. According to the report, the bike rally started from new bus stand samba and passing through National Highway Samba, Supwal Vijaypur and again reached at DC office Complex Nandni Hills Samba where the rally concluded. Around 100 Bikers participated in the rally carrying placards with road safety slogans and messages with both the biker and pillion rider wearing crash helmets. An awareness program also held in DC office complex samba, While addressing the bikers ARTO Samba Romesh Samotra, he strongly exhorted upon the youth to always drive with discipline and wear crash helmets as it can save their lives. |
