Jammu, May 3: Inter School Zonal Level competition for Girls in the sports discipline of Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and volleyball gets underway today here at Govt. High School Jammu Cantt.
In all 265 Girls are drawn across from 16 Govt. /. Private Institutes of Satwari Zone are take partr in the competitions
The competitions are being organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Smt. Chanchal Kour District Youth services & Sports Officer Jammu. While Poonam Kotwal, ZPEO Satwari is the organising Secretary of the tournament. The main objective of the competitions is to select the teams of Jammu District for the next level of competitions i.e Inter District, Division Level Competitions. Match were officiated by Hardev Singh, Saleem-Ul- Rehman Ravinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Gurbachan Singh, Amit Sharma , Gurpreet Singh, Rajeev Sharma , Harpreet Bhalla, Popinder Kour, Pushpinder Singh and Vishal, Brandies. |
