Village Surthi facing water crisis, Deptt in slumber 5/3/2018 10:30:06 PM Early Times Report Mendhar, May 3: Surthi village in Mendhar Sub division of district Poonch has been facing acute water shortage for the last few weeks but the department concerned is in slumber. People of Surhti area today lodged protest with SDM Mendhar alleging acute shortage of water. They also submitted a memorandum to the SDM Mendhar.
