Govt Primary school sans a boundary wall | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 3: Government primary school at Belicharana, just two kilometers away from winter capital jammu is a tight slap on the face of the education department of the state government which had been making tall claims of improving standard of education in the state. Constructed along the road side, the school sans a boundary wall, leaving the children vulnerable to accidents. The parents of the children are persistently worried about their children and the dumpers often dump their garbage inside the school compound. The locals said that the issue of construction of a boundary wall has been taken up with the authorities several time in the past but nothing positive transpired. The principal and the staff of the school admitted to the problems being faced by th students due to absence of a boundary wall, but refused to speak to the media persons. |
