MENDHAR, May 3: Nadeem Rafiq Khan, an advocate and PDP leader from Pir Panjal area of Mendhar said that Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti turning dreams and promise of Late Mufti Mohammad sayeed into reality by convincing Government of India Union Minister Nitin Gadhkari in a meeting at New Delhi accompanied by Minister Naeem Akhtar.
Agreeing on Principle to treat Mughal road as national highway means even construction of 7 km stretch tunnel on it which will enable round-the-year connectivity on this historic road of Mughal period. Mehbooba Mufti, giving her sincere concern towards the development of Rajouri Poonch by recently clearing land for university campus of Surankote of Jammu university in a cabinet for opening education hub for the students community of Poonch and giving job opportunities to the young unemployed to the locals of the area. Promised by Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed during election campaign in Rajouri Poonch will be going to be in reality by her daughter Mehbooba Mufti, now called Iron lady. A woman of commitment. On her demand the Government of India Minister has also directed training of 4000 youth in tunnelling, highway construction and other related works, which is also appreciable with involvement of locals unemployed youths of the Pir Panjal, Nadeem Rafiq Khan said. |
