| Safai Karamchari Union protests in front of municipal office | | |  Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, May 9: Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sangh Udhampur gathered in front of the office of Municipal Committee Udhampur and protested in favor of their long pending demands.
Employees of Municipal Committee protested in front of Municipal Office Udhampur against the Jammu and Kashmir government and district administration for not considering long pending demands for which they had given notices to the government and administration but their demands are not considered and fulfilled till now earlier on 23rd April 2018 all municipal local bodies committees hold one day dharna at Director office, Urban Local Body Jammu and gave them ultimatum of 15 days to consider their demands otherwise on 8th may 2018 they will go on indefinite strike but no one paid any attention to our demands till 7th may. Lucky Chidha, President Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sangh J&K said that long pending demands non privatization of recruitment of safai karam chari of urban local bodies and Recruitment of pending post of 217 employees against 548 posts and permanent of employees who have completed 7+ year of job, Clearance of pending arrears of Daily wager Safai Karamcharis against the Govt order dt. Jan. 2018 leave salary of 10 months for the retire person on the day of their retirement and Driver permanent working from 10 year and clearance pending cases under SRO 43, immediately and president warned the administration that strike will be on till our demands are not fulfilled further he said all the responsibility will be on administration of this strike. |
