Poonch, May 7: A government teacher posted at Government Middle School Katera in Pathanateer of Mendhar tehsil has been making fortunes by selling ration on exhorbitant rates to gullible public while the school remains mostly closed sources here today.
Rasalat Khan, a government teacher in GPS Katera, has virtually become a sales man of a ration depot allotted to a woman of Pathanateer. The locals have alleged that the teacher has been unauthorisedly selling ration on exhorbitant rates at the said depot while giving a damn to his original place of posting.
When contacted Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO) Abdul Khaliq told Early Times that we have also received such complaints against the ration dealer who has reportedly sub let the depot to some government teacher. He assured proper action in this regard.
Meanwhile Sub Divisional Magistrate Dr Tanveer Khan has also directed the TSO Ab Khaliq to initiate inquiry into the matter and submit the report accordingly to his office for necessary action, SDM added. |
