Radical, anti-India elements have taken control of J&K Govt: Team Jammu | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 9: Expressing anguish over barbaric murder of 22-year old tourist from Tamilnadu R Thirumani (22), Team Jammu today said the innocent tourist was stoned to death due to the soft-separatism being pursued by the PDP-BJP coalition regime in J&K. Team Jammu further observed that BJP led government at the Centre is equally responsible for prevailing anarchy and free for all situation in the Valley where radical and fundamentalist forces have virtually taken control of the government and institutions. "Crossing all limits of appeasement to remain in power, BJP leadership has given freehand to the PDP to make soft-separatism as policy matter of the coalition government and it result of this policy that terrorists and stone pelters have taken virtual control of the government", said chairman of the Team Jammu Zorawar Singh Jamwal while interacting with a group of youth from different parts of Jammu region. Zorawar Singh Jamwal recalled that in the month of November 2017, Centre had given its nod to the state government to withdraw cases against nearly 9300 dreaded stone pelters who were involved in attacking security forces with rocks and stones. He further said that decision to withdraw cases and announcing lucrative incentives for the stone pelters was taken on the direction of Interlocutor appointed by the central government. Instead of listening genuine grievances of the nationalist youth of Jammu region, Centre's Interlocutor had recommended many incentives for the stone pelters at the cost of Jammu youth, he said and added that killing of tourist was result of the incentives which glorified stone pelters and their activities. |
