7 FIRs, 405 vehicles challaned by Rajouri police | | | Early Times Report Rajouri, June 3: Continuing its drive against the people involved in violation of traffic rules and regulations, Rajouri police registered seven FIRs and challaned 405 vehicles during the month of May in the area under Police Sub Division Thanamandi. As per police report, in two police stations of Thanamandi Police sub division namely Darhal and Thanamandi, several persons were booked in seven FIRs registered in both the Police stations during the month of May after they were found indulged in creating risk to human lives due to violation of traffic rules. Fine was also imposed on 405 other vehicles for violation which ranges from plying vehicles without using seat belts, crash helmets and without requisite documents. In the month of April also, 13 FIRs were registered in Thanamandi sub division and 319 vehicles were challaned. |
