Rajouri, June 3: Social Forestry Department, Rajouri , after doing its regular bit on the corrupt practices throughout has stooped to all time low through its lower rung staff to mint money out of its own employees or releasing their 7th pay commission funds.
The scam came to light when a guard posted in the department was asked to approach a sideways range officer's department and get his official documents released by paying a sum of Rs 100 to the clerk Tuli Ram at the sub office.
The ordeal does not stop here as the employee seeking release of his funds from the 7th pay commission, then has to approach junior gardener in District Forest officer's office who enjoys the posting as Junior assistant namely Anil Kumar to whom the hapless employee has to give Rs 500 also to get his final payment released. The guard who revealed all this on camera to Early Times requested not to disclose his identity, but he sought immediate action against the corrupt practice of the Social Forestry Department wherein the DFO Bhgwan Singh sambyal and all of his staff is involved in looting the employees.
It is in place to mention here that DFO Bhagwan Singh, his range officer and the junior assistant have been under continuous watch for their illegal activities in the social forestry department which has brought great infamy to the entire district. |
