Jammu, June 3: Blood donation is the noblest and the easiest human gesture that can be done by a person during maximum years of his or her life stated Sat Sharma while addressing large number of youth who thronged the blood donation camp venue to get their blood donated. He said that a single unit of blood donated can be used for several different person according to the components needed during their ailment. With a mission to help the deserving population in need for timely blood transfusion to save the precious lives in case of accidents or other emergency needs, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) District Jammu West conducted a blood donation camp at Rehari Colony area of Ward 24. Minister of Housing and Urban Develpment Sat Sharma (CA) was the chief guest on the occasion which was also attended by other senior functionaries of the party as well. He prompted the BJP and BJYM leaders to take forward this message to every nook and corner of the society. He said that the blood donation does not cause any weakness in the body as it is soon recovered by the bodily system but can sure save a precious human life. He also called for making blood donation a routine habit by everyone. Sharma also termed this to be a proud movement when the BJYM activists have come forward and contributed in such activity. He said that this gesture proves that every activist of BJP is working dedicatedly working in the society under the philanthropic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. State Vice President BJYM Karan Sharma who organized the programme, said that the youth which forms the backbone of the Nation must come forward for the cause. He said that BJYM will conduct more such camps in future.
