Jammu, July 2: 2 J&K Girl BN NCC of GDC, R.S. Pura organized movie screenings today 2018 under the guidance of Principal of the College Prof. Kalpana Kesar and supervision of Bindu Kumari, NCC Coordinator & Prof. Shaveta Chowdhary, Nodal Officer NCC (SBSI). The different swachhta movies were screened at different locations in the village Baga Marh which has been adopted by the Girls NCC wing of the college. During movie screenings, the NCC Cadets made use of opportunity to interact with the villagers and created awareness regarding importance of hygiene & cleanliness. In addition to this, the cadets cleaned two kanals of wasteland in the village with active community participation and planted trees to beautify it. |
