The youths leaders in their speeches have said that the DC, SSP and SHO Kishtwar are harassing the youth leaders on one pretext or the other by way of registering false and Fake FIR's against the Chairman/spokesman of the association Joginder Bhandari. It may be recalled that the Chairman circulated a news in social media and print media that local unemployed youths of District Kishtwar should be given employment opportunities in Pakal Dul HEP through their contractor M/s AFCONS company, abolition of labour supply system, one member of each affected family whose land has come under the alignment of Pakal dul hydroelectric project should be given permanent employment in CVPP.
Few days ago, the youths of Dool area blocked the road leading to power house site of Pakal dul hydroelectric project and the work of the project got suffered by the DC, SSP and SHO Kishtwar did'nt take any action against the violators but favoured the violators which had caused a resentment among the general masses.
This act of DC, SSP and SHO Kishtwar is unlawful and needs to be taken action as warranted under law. They urged upon the Governor NN Vorha to remove DC, SSP and SHO Kishtwar for misusing their official position.
