Jammu, July 17: Chenab Valley Power Projects Pvt. Ltd., Jammu organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with blood transfusion department, GMC, Jammu and Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region.
The Camp was inaugurated by D.K. Razdan, General Manager, CVPP wherein 20 Officers/Staff Members of CVPP donated blood voluntarily. While speaking on the occasion D.K. Razdan, General Manager appreciated the efforts put in by IRCS, Jammu Region and Blood Transfusion Department, GMC, Jammu for organization of Blood Donation Camp successfully and assured in future we will arrange Blood Donation Camp for Saving the Precious Human Lives.
On the occasion Dr. Ranbushan Singh, Sr. Anaesthetist Consultant from Red Cross and Sh. Dinesh Gupta, Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu also addressed the Donors and clarified their doubts etc., importance of Blood donation, its periodicity, effects/benefits on the health of the donor and above all the noble cause of saving precious human lives. |
