RAMBAN, July 17: Following the complaints of rationees' regarding the embezzlements and irregular supply of ration and kerosene oil the Joint Director, Food,Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Pawan Sharma on the orders of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Sanjive Verma inspected several government ration and kerosene oil depots besides the Ration Stores in Ramban and Batote during his two day visit.
Verma recorded the statements of the rationees' and inspected the weighing machines and measuring machines besides POS machines.
He met several deputations of agrieved rationees' today morning in presence of Assistant Director, FCS&CA, AG Lone and took some on-spot decisions besides assuring them that their all genuine complaints would be redressed soon.
The complainants praised the quick grievance redressal mechanism under the Governor's rule. |
