MENDHAR, July 22: Despite 33kv electric .line installation in the SDH Mendhar, the patients use the Hand Made Fan to get some relief from scorching heat. Several patients narrated their stories to Early Times
According to them, 33kv Electric line was installed in Mahbooba Mufti regime but the patients and their attendants never benefitted from it.
They said the hospital authorities tell the patients to get their hand made gans along. They also accused the authorities of ignoring their duties. All complaints lodged with the administration have gone in vain.
