Jammu, July 22: Duggar Pradesh Party strongly urged the Governor, N N Vohra, to appoint some more advisors in his team especially from Jammu to make his Government more active and effective. There are many retired bureaucrats in Jammu known for their honesty, dedication and able administration and can contribute by their experience in the Governor administration. Duggar Pradesh Party said the appointment of V V Vyas and Khurshid Ahmed Ganai as advisors is highly appreciable as they are well known to the state of Jammu & Kashmir and are able administrators. Uday Chand, President of the Party, said the recent announcements and decisions taken by Governor, N N Vohra, in a short span of time, the people in general are more satisfied and happy then the previous regime of BJP-PDP, so called popular Government, which was worst ever Government in the state and has given bad name to the BJP central leadership and Government. Uday Chand said that Government of India has given tons of money to the previous state Government for development but the ineffective, inexperience people elected to the government could not utilized the funds especially in Jammu division. Duggar Pradesh Party said most of the Ministers belonging to both were involved in corrupt practices through contractors of their choice, taking money in transfers and promotions in various Government departments and that is why their central leadership thrown them out of power and imposed Governor rule in the state. |
