| RGCC Gujarat outplays Dashnan Eleven | | |  Early Times Report
Doda, July 22: Rose Garden Cricket Club (RGCC) Gujarat got better of Dashnan Eleven by 08 wickets in the ongoing All India 14th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2018 being played at Sports Stadium Doda here today.
The tournament is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by 10 Rashtriya Rifles Unit Doda and J&K Bank.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, Dashnan Eleven scored a modest total of 95 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in alloted 14 overs game. Asif Naik top scored with 25 runs, while Suhail Ahmed contributed 21 runs for his team. For RGCC Gujarat, Kashyap Prajapati scalped 3 wickets, while Yasin Patel grabbed 02 wickets.
In reply, RGCC Gujarat scored 101 runs in 7.2 overs for the loss of 02 wickets, thus won the match by 08 wickets. Nadeem Patel was the highest scorer who scored 42 runs while Faizal Patel contributed 33 runs for his team. For, Dashnan Eleven, Abrar Naik and Niaz Naik shared 01 wicket each.
For his best batting performance, Faizal Patel of RGCC Gujarat was adjudged as man of the match who was given prize by Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Doda Tariq Hussain Naik. The match was officiated by Yousuf Raza and Harish Raza as umpires, while Sandeep Kaushik was the scorer. |
