| Musharaf Shabir lifts Kishtwar Powerman Championship | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, July 29: 27 year old Musharaf Shabir today lift the Kishtwar Powerman Championship in a powerlifting compitition which was held today at Tourist Reception Center Kishtwar under the banner of J&K powerlifting Association in which lifters from all over the District Kishtwar participated.
As per the details available with "Early Times", a 27 year old youth namely Musharaf Shabir, a Teacher by proffession became the powerman of Kishtwar among more than 50 particepents. He lifted 125 bench press in 66 body weight catogory.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that he started the gym at the age of 14 years and continues it till date. He also bagged medal in state level compitition and also participated in National benchpress compitition. In his massage to youths of Kishtwar, he asked them not to indulge himself in anti social activities like drugs and alcohol and invited them to join heath clubs as he belives that bodybuilding is itself a big addiction and after joining these healthclubs no one even think about other addiction beside it will also keep them physically healthy and away from diseases. |
