| Traditional wrestling competition (Dangal) held | | |  Early Times Report\
Banihal, July 29: On special demand of people of UKhral in district Ramban Indian Army based at Bhanihal started traditional wrestling competition Dangal at Ukhra.
The two wrestling competition were started on Sunday in which more than 150 wrestlers from Ramban district have registered. First day 40 bought were held. Tournament is being conducted under supervision of Ukhral Dangal Committee bleed by Seva Singh Bali.Opening ceremony was attended approximately 1000 people from nearby villages. Event was supported by JKP Ukhral and Local volunteers. Awam applauded efforts of Indian Army for reviving Dangal which used to be traditional events in Pogal-Parisatan area. Dangal will give platform to youths of Ramban district to show their telent and will keep youth engaged in constructive manner and will lead to better healthy lifestyle. |
