Poonch, July 29: Misrule and indiscipline in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Jammu and Kashmir has made department, the hub of corruption.
Although department has launched many developmental schemes like MGNREGA, BRGF, SDRF, PMAY, SBM and others to make the state a developed one but due to some misleading from official side all schemes are not implemented on ground level properly. According to the sources, department is going towards it's failures and higher authorities are not looking towards it. It is to be remember that, some days before the department of Rural development and Panchayati Raj Jammu and Kashmir had suspended ten negligent block development officers but all have been reshuffled within a time period of twenty days. Locals have appealed to governor N N Vohra to make the departmental system neat and clean especially during his period. |
