JAMMU, July 31: NSS unit of Government College of Education organized a mass rally under theme of awareness against Drugs Addiction.
The rally was flagged off was by Principal of the college Dr Sangita Nagari from the campus and its conducted under the supervision of Prof Sunita Devi, Programme Officers NSS.
Holding placards and banners, NSS volunteers of the college marched towards Canal Road from the college and aware people about ill effects of drugs.
They also sensitize the common citizens and shopkeepers about ill effects of tobacco, drug, alcoholic and smoking by sitrbuting placard and pamphlets.
Senior professors of the college, including Prof Raj Singh, Dr Mohammad Zubeer Kales, Prof Baljinder Kaur, Prof Shapia and Prof Seema also participated in the rally. |
