JAMMU, July 31: District Development Commissioner Doda on Tuesday suspended two tehsildars on their poor performance in the Revenue Department. Suspension orders of Tehsildar of Kahara Bansi Lal and Tehsildar Chilli Pingal Mangeet Singh were issued by the DDC taking note of their laxity, official sources here said. They said that orders of suspension came in the wake of non compliance shown by these officers who were asked to furnish information regarding encroachment of state/Kahcharai/common/ Forest land and water bodies for onward submission before July 30 but they failed to comply the same. |
