JAMMU, Jan 30: One day Awareness, demonstration programme held at Krishna Public High School Bakshi Nagar Jammu which was organized by Civil Defence Jammu under the guidance of V. K. Singh, DGP Commandant General Homeguards and others. In the awareness camp the students/teaching staff were given the knowledge of First Aid, (CPR, Chocking, Snake bite) and Fire Fighting by the Civil Defence Instructors. While speaking on the occasion Dy.SP Shashi Thakur, Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu, Paramjeet Kumar, Chief Warden, and Thakur Ranjit Singh, Dy. Chief Warden, Civil Defence Jammu highlighted the role and importance of Civil Defence organization
Sandhya Sharma, Principal of School highly appreciated the role of Civil Defence and thanked Dy.SP Shashi Thakur, Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu and her team for organized an important awareness/demonstration programme. At least 80 students of higher classes and teaching staff attended the awareness programme. |
