MENDHAR, Jan 30: The Girls of Government Higher Secondary School Chhatral felt insecure and demanded security and school bus to Governor Satay Pal Malik. Girls expressed anguish over lack of interest in their security and said that students of remote villages like, Pathantir, Paratan Dana, Dana Shah-Satar, Takia Kalaban, Awan, Kasbalari, Kalaban, Brela, Chhoungian, Churona, Dani Pir, Bhatidar, Jughal, Salwah and Banola Kennati, can't bear the fair of buses and due to which students have to cover long distance by foot and some of them come to school by Passenger Service Buses.
They alleged that they noticed that drivers, Conductors and their mischievous friends tease girls during travel through passengers buses but no action has been taken to stop against such harassment. |
