Jammu, Jan 30: Government Higher Secondary School Jhiri held a rally and painting competition through Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust, NGO under the guidance of National Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation programme. The theme of the programme was Save Water and Hygiene. The rally was processed by Principal GHSS Jhari, organised and assisted by Lecturer Karnal Kishore under aegis of CCDU, WSSO, department of PHE and I&FC Jammu.
In the painting competition, Anchal Verma secured first position, Ritika Verma grabbed second position and Sonia Devi got third position. Members of the Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust, NGO were Sheetal Chib, Huzeifah Shah, Harpreet Singh, Dheeraj and Deepak. Teachers of the school also participated in the event. |
