| Progressive Youth Society organized Duggar Theatre | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Mar 4: Progressive Youth Society Ramnagar in District Udhampur Jammu and Kashmir organized a programme titled "Duggar Theatre" in collaboration with Ministry of Culture Government of India in the premises of Pilot Academy High School Battal Ballian Udhampur.
In which Ved Parkash Sharma Principal was the Chief Guest whereas Sh. Manoj Kumar Sharma "Nishchint" presided over Romesh Chander from Unison Cultural Troup was the Guest of Honour.
The programme started with welcome address by Tanveer Ahmed member of P.Y.S followed by presentation of urdu play by eminent artists from Jammu.
The story of play revolves around the hero named Shadab who remains upset due to departure of his beloved Reshma. The play has been wnitted in a beautiful manner surrounding a Muslim family in Kashmir. Elder brother of Shadab wants him to take to a city from village on seeing his condition of madness in love but Shadab refuses him to go to city as city life has no charm for him.
The programme was conducted by Rajinder Singh "Sagar" whereas Principal Ved Parkash Sharma presented vote of thanks. |
