| Hizb behind killing of RSS leader, his PSO | | |

Jammu, Apr 9: Local module of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen active is Kishtwar is believed to be behind the killing of RSS leader Chander Kant Sharma and his PSO Rajinder Kumar, sources monitoring the militancy related incident in Jammu and Kashmir claimed.
They said that Hizb module operating in Kishtwar district along with a local militant hailing from adjoining Doda District are believed to be involved in today's Kishtwar terror attack.
The sources said that the militant donning Shalwar-Kameez with over coat blazer and light beard with skull cap on his head as per plan arrived at District Hospital Kishtwar along with another person to achieve the target assigned to him.
They said that the militant had the weapon wrapped inside the over coat blazer and when he saw Singh, he took his weapon out and pumped the bullets into his body before escaping from the spot.
The sources even did not rule out that some OGWs might have been waiting for the killers at a particular spot so that they can shift the killers to safer places or hideout after committing the crime. |
