JAMMU, Aug 31: District Legal Services Authority, Jammu is organizing National Lok Adalat on September, 14, 2019.
The litigants interested to settle his/her cases in National Lok Adalat can approach to the concerned Courts/ Magistrates for amicable settlement. The types of case to be taken in the national lok Adalat are NI Act cases under section 138, Bank Recovery cases, Labour disputes Cases, Electricity and Water Bills, (excluding non-compoundable), Others (Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial and other Civil Disputes. Cases pending in the courts (which are reflected on National Judicial Data Grid), Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under section 138, Bank Recovery Cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial disputes, Labour dispute Cases, Land Acquisition cases, Electricity And Water Bills (excluding non-compoundable), Services matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits, Revenue Cases (Pending in District Courts and High Courts only), other civil cases (Rent, Easmentary Rights, Injunction Suits, Specific performance Suits) etc. |
