DODA, Aug 31: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Dr Sagar D Doifode today finalized the Action Plan for Back to Village Programme, here at a meeting.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, Imam Din , Joint Director Planning, Parshotam Kumar, ACD , Davender Singh Bhau, BDOs, XENs, besides concerned district officers remained present in the meeting.
Under Back to village programme one work has been prioritised in each Panchayat. The DDC directed the concerned officers to start the execution of the work immediately and ensure the completion of the same in the fixed timeline.
Directions were issued to all the concerned departments to prepare their estimates and workout on the feasibility of the prioritised works as per the norms/guidelines within a week time so that the works can be started and completed within stipulated timeline as fixed by the government.
He further directed to furnish photographs of pre-during-post execution of the works in order to avoid any duplicity.
The ADDC was asked to evolve a mechanism for daily monitoring of the works being started soon across the district under the respective program. |
