JAMMU, Oct 1: In response to "Sawachta Hi Sewa" and Plastic Waste Management Campaign a cleanliness drive was organized today in GGM Science College by the NSS and NCC unit (2nd J&K Bn NCC) Jammu. The drive was initiated by Principal GGM Science College, Prof. (Dr.) Kaushal Smotra. The whole event was organized under the supervision of NSS PO Dr. Sarabjeet Kaur Reen, NCC ANO (SW Girls) Dr. (Capt.) Anjana Sharma, NCC ANO (SD Boys) Prof. Fraz Ahmed. The volunteers cleaned the premises, the adjoining mohalla and the market area of canal road. The volunteers also segregated the plastic, glass and organic waste from the cleaned material. |
