Kavinder, Neena Kick starts blacktopping work at Channi Himmat

JAMMU, Oct 6: Former Deputy Chief Minister and Ex-MLA Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta along with Corporator Ward No. 50 Channi Himmat Neena Gupta today started blacktopping of the interior road of Ward No. 50 Channi Himmat Sector 1 area which would be completed at the cost of Rs 7 lakhs. District General Secretary, BJP Jammu Vinay Gupta, Senior BJP Leader Prof. Varinder Gupta, Gandhinagar Mandal General Secretary BJP Kulbir Charak, State Vice President BJP Youth Advocate Ishant Gupta, Balwan Singh, Rajinder Mehta, Kamlesh Magotra & large number of local residents were present on the occasion.
Kavinder Gupta said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) believes in "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas" principle and called for the active participation of the elected corporators of each Ward for the overall development of the Constituency. Referring to works started today, he said the execution of works has been initiated and all the pending roads will be macadamized in phased manner and there will be no compromise with quality of work and special care will be taken in its execution of different works so that the quality can be maintained and people don't have to suffer in the future. He was apprised by the public about the lack of other basic facilities and taking note of all the genuine demands, he assured that their demands will be fulfilled at the earliest.
Neena Gupta in her address said that the due to sincere efforts and regular follow-ups by BJP former deputy chief minister various developmental works have been approved and the same shall be executed in upcoming days. She assured the residents of her ward that she will definitely put all her best efforts in making Channi Himmat "A Model Ward".
The residents of the area welcomed Former Deputy Chief Minister and Ex-MLA Gandhi Nagar Kavinder Gupta, Corporator Neena Gupta & BJP Leaders and workers to fulfil their long pending demand and also expressed their gratitude.
