Kishtwar, Oct 6: A meeting of unemployed youths and construction workers of District Kishtwar was held where the participants re-elected Joginder Bhandari as Chairman of Unemployed youths and Chinar Power projects workers Union (CPPWU). The participants authorised Bhandari to hold talks with the management of Chenab Valley Power projects, NHPC, AFCONS, J. P company, Patel Engineering company, and other executing agencies of Pakal Dul ,Keru, Kawar, Karthie, Burser, Rattle hydroelectric projects as well as with the District administration for absorption of local unemployed youths in these projects and also settle the genuine demands of workers working with various executing agencies of hydroelectric projects. Bhandari assured the participants that he will turn no stone unturn in solving the issues of unemployed youths and working classes of District Kishtwar. Those attended the meeting includes Gh Hussain Gainie, Rinku Tandulkar, Anil Sharma, Mohd Ashraf Gannie, Sardar Satpal Singh, Sanjay Bhagat, Shanker Singh Wazir, Ranjeet Sharma, Roshan Lal, Sanjay Wazir, Farooq Lone, Tariq Patri, Asgar Ali, Salman Saleem Mir, Ajay Kumar, Rajinder Singh, Bharat Bushan Wazir etc. |
