Ramisht College of Education organises awareness | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 26: Ramisht College of Education, Basohli organised an awareness programme on the eve of Constitutional day, also known as National Law day. In this programme, all students of Semester 1st and 3rd of B.Ed course took part alongwith the faculty members of the college. The programme was commenced by taking the oath of the preamble of Indian constitution by the students and staff members as well. Constitution day is celebrated in India on 26th of November every year to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India. On this day, the constituent assembly of India adopted the constitution of India and it came into force on 26th of November, 1950. Parveen Singh (Lect. In Social Science) expressed his views on the basic principles incorporated in the preamble of the constitution. Dr. Saifullah Khan, principal of the college, awared the students regarding the fundamental duties mentioned in the Indian constitution. Rajinder Parshad, Chairman of the college, applauded the efforts of the students and the staff members to make this programme a success. |
